Can I do alterations?
Of course, the alterations on the drawing can only be done before the sketch (2x~4x), I'll base the sketch with the references and well-detailed explanations about what you want so it can't be a big change. If I consider to be a big alteration I'll charge a small fee.
What about refunds?
No refunds. Will be available if I surpass the limit time that I established.
If it is a special case I'll deduct the payment accordingly on what I have done and what you asked.
